Medical and Chiropractic students requiring real-world experience in the form of supervised clinical internships and rotations are encouraged to contact our office about one- to four-week placements. Medical students benefit from working under the direct supervision of Dr. Claudio Carvalho, a board certified (in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) and fellowship-trained (in Interventional Pain Management) FORMA physician. Chiropractic students are supervised by FORMA Chiropractor, Dr. Thomas Bakman.
